What a Drive Bee does
- Drive the customer's own car: hourly trips, full days, office and school runs, hospital visits, airport and station transfers, weddings and outstation trips
- Reach the pickup on time in the Trusbee uniform, show your photo ID and driving licence, and start with the customer's Start PIN
- Drive safely and politely, wait where the family asks, and help with bags
- End the job with the customer's End PIN. The customer pays Trusbee by UPI: you never collect cash
- Fuel, tolls and parking are paid by the customer at actuals; you never pay them yourself
Your pay
The full pay card is explained to you, in Hindi, at the interview. You are paid every Monday for the previous Monday to Sunday, to your UPI or bank account, and the arrival fee the family pays to bring you is also yours.
Who can apply
- A valid driving licence for cars (LMV), kept valid at all times
- You know Patna's roads and drive calmly in city traffic
- Police verification before your first job; if you don't have it yet, Trusbee guides you
- An Android phone or iPhone with mobile data, for the Bee app
- Two references who are not family members
Documents to bring
- Driving licence, front and back
- Aadhaar and PAN
- Two passport-size photos
- Police verification certificate, or the application receipt
- Bank passbook, a cancelled cheque or your UPI details, for your pay
- Address proof, if your address is not the one on your Aadhaar
How joining works

- An interview and a driving test with our team in Patna.
- Documents, licence check and police verification.
- Sign the Driver Partner form, get your uniform and the Bee app, and start taking jobs.
Is this a salaried driver job?
No. You join as an independent Driver Partner: there is no fixed salary and no fixed hours. You are paid for every job you do, every Monday, and good months earn a bonus.
Whose car will I drive?
Always the customer's own car. You do not need a car of your own, and Trusbee does not give you one.
Do I collect money from the customer?
No. Customers pay Trusbee by UPI through the app, and drivers never take cash. Fuel, tolls and parking are paid by the customer.
Can I choose my area and my timings?
Yes. Tell us the area you prefer, such as Danapur and AIIMS, Bailey Road, Gandhi Maidan, Kankarbagh or Patna City, and when you are free. You may decline a job.
