- Provide the vehicle: your Bee drives your own car
- Pay for fuel, tolls or parking, which are yours at actuals
- Drive without a valid licence, or carry passengers beyond your car's capacity
Bees are trained assistants, not medical staff.
Need a whole shift? Book a fixed block.
One price for a 6, 9 or 12-hour block, before GST, finishing early doesn't change it. Free cancellation more than 12 hours before the start. Anything shorter, book by the hour at ₹219 + 18% GST. Every plan price is in the free Trusbee app.
- Bee Arrival Fee ₹0–99 is confirmed when your Bee is assigned, based on distance. Return support is free when the visit ends where it started. If it ends somewhere else, a ₹49 return fee applies. GST does not apply to the arrival or return fee.
- Female Bees are available 9 AM to 6 PM.
A night block is one where at least 3 hours fall between 10 pm and 6 am; the start time decides it and you see the night rate before you confirm. Blocks of 12 hours include a "still here" check-in. No Bee ever works more than 12 hours; it is not live-in.
Pick what you need in the app. These are the options you will see.

Your father has a scan at 7 am and nobody in the house drives comfortably at that hour. You book the night before. At 5:45 the Bee arrives, shows his photo ID, and your father shares the Start PIN. The Bee drives your own car, parks at the hospital, waits through the scan, collects the report, and has them home by 9. You get a message at each step. Fuel and parking are on your card at actuals, and the bill in your Trusbee app is the fixed Quick Drive price plus 18% GST.

Do you provide the car?
No. Trusbee provides the driver, not the vehicle. Your Bee drives your own car. Fuel, tolls and parking are paid by you at actuals.
Is the driver licensed and verified?
Every Drive Bee holds a valid driving licence and passes the same six checks as every other Bee: Aadhaar, police verification, two reference calls, an interview and training. They carry a photo ID.
Can I book a driver for a full day or an outstation trip?
Yes. Full Shift Care covers 12 hours, which suits a full day in the city or an outstation day trip. For anything longer, message us and we will plan the shifts so no Bee drives more than 12 hours.
How much does a driver cost per day in Patna?
₹219 per hour + 18% GST, or a fixed plan: Quick Drive (3 hours), Half Day Drive (6 hours), Extended Drive (9 hours) or Full Shift Drive (12 hours), each one price + 18% GST. Night plans cost a little more. Every plan price is in the free Trusbee app, and you see the total before you confirm. Your car's fuel, parking and tolls stay with you.
Can I get a driver every day, or for a month?
Yes. In the Trusbee app (Recurring booking) or the WhatsApp booking form, choose daily or recurring visits: every day, Monday to Saturday, weekdays or your own days, at the same time. With 3 or more days a week the service price is 10% lower. A ₹40 travel charge applies per day, and you are billed weekly.
Can I hire a driver for just a few hours?
Yes. Book by the hour for a hospital visit, an airport drop or a safe drive home at night. You pay only for the time between your Start PIN and End PIN, and the bot shows the price before you confirm.
