One price for a 6 or 12-hour block, before GST, finishing early doesn't change it. Free cancellation more than 12 hours before the start. Anything shorter, book by the hour at ₹199 + 18% GST.
- Bee Arrival Fee ₹0–99 is confirmed when your Bee is assigned, based on distance. Return support is free when the visit ends where it started. If it ends somewhere else, a ₹49 return fee applies. GST does not apply to the arrival or return fee.
- Female Bees are available 9 AM to 6 PM.
A night block is one where at least 3 hours fall between 10 pm and 6 am; the start time decides it and you see the night rate before you confirm. Blocks of 12 hours include a "still here" check-in. No Bee ever works more than 12 hours; it is not live-in.

The insurance photos
A customer needed photographs of a damaged car submitted for an insurance claim, from another city. A Saathi Bee went to the garage, took the photographs the insurer asked for, submitted them on the app with the customer on a video call, and sent the confirmation. Two hours, one bill.

Can a Bee stand in a queue for me?
Yes, for a token or a counter that does not require you personally. If your presence is needed, the Bee holds your place and calls you when it is close.
Can the Bee buy things for me?
Yes, with payment made by you directly by UPI to the shop or through a family member. Bees do not carry your cash or cards.
Can a Bee accompany my mother to the bank?
That is one of the most common bookings. The Bee helps with forms and queues while your mother handles her own money.
