One price for a 6, 9 or 12-hour block, before GST, finishing early doesn't change it. Free cancellation more than 12 hours before the start. Anything shorter, book by the hour at ₹199 + 18% GST. Every plan price is in the free Trusbee app.
- Bee Arrival Fee ₹0–99 is confirmed when your Bee is assigned, based on distance. Return support is free when the visit ends where it started. If it ends somewhere else, a ₹49 return fee applies. GST does not apply to the arrival or return fee.
- Female Bees are available 9 AM to 6 PM.
A night block is one where at least 3 hours fall between 10 pm and 6 am; the start time decides it and you see the night rate before you confirm. Blocks of 12 hours include a "still here" check-in. No Bee ever works more than 12 hours; it is not live-in.

Your mother lives alone in Kankarbagh. Every Tuesday at 3 pm the same Bee comes for two hours: a walk to the park if the weather allows, the week's medicines sorted into the pill box together, a video call to you set up on her phone. You get a short note after each visit. If anything seems different, the Bee tells you the same day, and a founder calls if it matters.

Can I book the same Bee every time?
Yes. Tell us in the booking chat and we assign the same Sahara Bee whenever they are available. Familiar faces matter to elders.
What if my parent does not want a stranger at home?
Book a short first visit with a family member present. Bees are trained to earn trust slowly, and the photo ID and uniform help. Many families start with a Bee who goes along to a doctor visit.
Can the Bee take my parent to a doctor?
Yes. The Bee accompanies by auto or cab, waits through the consultation, collects prescriptions and brings them home. Transport fares are paid by the family.
Can I book daily or weekly visits for my parents?
Yes. In the Trusbee app (Recurring booking) or the WhatsApp booking form, choose daily or recurring visits: every day, Monday to Saturday, weekdays or your own days, at the same time. With 3 or more visits a week most plans get 10% off the service price. A ₹40 travel charge applies per visit, and you are billed weekly.
Is a Bee a nurse?
No. A Bee is a trained, police-verified, non-medical caregiver. A Bee keeps your parent company, helps with walks, meals and routines, reminds them of medicines and takes them to the doctor. For nursing care such as injections, dressings or catheter care, please book a qualified nurse.
How much does elderly care cost in Patna?
₹199 per hour + 18% GST, or a fixed plan for a longer visit: Quick Care (3 hours), Half Day Care (6 hours), Extended Care (9 hours) or Full Shift Care (12 hours), each one price + 18% GST.
