Driver Assist โ Customer Terms
Trusbee sends a verified, licence-checked Bee to drive your own vehicle for the hours you book: hospital runs, elder outings, airport and station pick-ups, day hires. Trusbee does not provide the vehicle.

Your vehicle, your papers, your insurance
1. The vehicle stays yours. Its registration (RC), motor insurance, fitness and PUC remain your responsibility, and Trusbee is not the owner, insurer, hirer or operator of your vehicle at any time.
2. Please check before the trip that your motor insurance policy covers any licensed driver (most private-car policies do; some named-driver or fleet policies do not). If it does not, the trip is at your risk.
3. Keep the RC, insurance and PUC in the car. Challans, fines or detentions arising from vehicle papers, condition, or a customer's instruction (for example a route or stop that breaks the law) are the owner's.
4. Fuel, tolls, parking and any vehicle running cost are at actuals and are yours.
The Bee
5. Every Driver Assist Bee is police-verified, licence-verified on Parivahan, and dispatched only while the licence is valid. You may ask to see the Bee's photo ID and licence before handing over the keys.
6. The Bee is an independent Service Partner, not a Trusbee employee, and is personally responsible for rash or negligent driving, driving under the influence, or breaking the law while driving. Trusbee will identify the Bee to you and to the authorities in such a case and will assist you.
7. The Bee does not collect cash, OTPs or cards. All payments go to Trusbee only.
Trusbee's role and limits
8. Trusbee's service is the selection, verification, scheduling and dispatch of the Bee. Trusbee's total responsibility to you for any Driver Assist booking is limited to the service fee you paid for that booking. Trusbee is not liable for loss of or damage to the vehicle, its contents, third-party claims, consequential loss, or delay caused by traffic, weather or breakdown.
9. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Sharing the Start PIN with the Bee is your acceptance of these terms for that booking. Cancellation and billing follow the Trusbee price card.
In case of an incident
Note the time, place and any third party's details; photograph the vehicle; do not settle with a third party on the spot. Trusbee will help you with the Bee's identity, our verification records and a written account.
Governing law
India. Courts at Patna. These terms sit alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, which apply to every booking.
