How an outstation trip works
- On WhatsApp, tap “Book your Bee”, choose Outstation, and add the route, the dates, and round trip or one-way. You see the estimate before you send it.
- We call you within an hour (8 AM to 9 PM) to confirm the plan and the driver.
- Each day includes up to 12 hours of duty. Extra hours are ₹219 an hour, and a night drive (30 minutes or more between 10 pm and 6 am) adds ₹150, both + GST.
- Hill roads add ₹300 a day + GST.
- The driver's meals (₹500 a day) and stay (₹900 a night) go to the driver at cost, without GST, or you can provide them yourself.
- Fuel, tolls, parking and state permits stay with you.

How much does an outstation driver cost from Patna?
Packages are ₹1,399 for 1 day, ₹2,699 for 2 days, ₹3,899 for 3 days, ₹4,999 for 4 days and ₹5,999 for 5 days, then ₹1,199 for each extra day, + 18% GST. The driver's meals and stay are extra unless you provide them.
Can I cancel an outstation trip?
Yes. More than 48 hours before the start it is free. 24 to 48 hours before, a flat ₹199. 6 to 24 hours before, 25% of day 1; under 6 hours, 50% of day 1; once the driver is at your door, 100% of day 1, each + GST.
What if we come back early?
You pay for the days used plus one day, at the package price for that many days.
Is the driver experienced on highways?
Yes. Outstation trips go to Drive Bees with highway experience who know the route. Every Drive Bee holds a valid licence and is police-verified.
