- Bee Arrival Fee ₹0–99 is confirmed when your Bee is assigned, based on distance. Return support is free when the visit ends where it started. If it ends somewhere else, a ₹49 return fee applies. GST does not apply to the arrival or return fee.
- Female Bees are available 9 AM to 6 PM.
A night block is one where at least 3 hours fall between 10 pm and 6 am; the start time decides it and you see the night rate before you confirm. Blocks of 12 hours include a "still here" check-in. No Bee ever works more than 12 hours; it is not live-in.

Yes. A Shanti Bee can collect forms, stand in queues and follow up at the Nagar Nigam, the hospital and the bank where the office allows it. Documents are signed by the family, and fees are paid by the family.
