What a hospital attendant costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 pm and 6 am. Bees are trained assistants, not medical staff. For a medical emergency, call 102 for an ambulance first.

Can a Bee stay overnight in the room?
Yes, where the hospital's attendant pass rules allow it. Book a night Full Shift Care plan; the Bee carries a Trusbee ID for the ward desk. Check the pass rules at admission, as they differ between hospitals.
Can the Bee help with insurance and cashless approval?
A Bee can stand in the queue, carry documents between the insurance desk and the ward, and keep you updated. Forms are signed and fees are paid by the patient or the family.
