- Make payments on your behalf
- Sign consent forms on the family's behalf
Bees are trained assistants, not medical staff.
Need a whole shift? Book a fixed block.
One price for a 6 or 12-hour block, before GST, finishing early doesn't change it. Free cancellation more than 12 hours before the start. Anything shorter, book by the hour at ₹219 + 18% GST.
- Bee Arrival Fee ₹0–99 is confirmed when your Bee is assigned, based on distance. Return support is free when the visit ends where it started. If it ends somewhere else, a ₹49 return fee applies. GST does not apply to the arrival or return fee.
- Female Bees are available 9 AM to 6 PM.
A night block is one where at least 3 hours fall between 10 pm and 6 am; the start time decides it and you see the night rate before you confirm. Blocks of 12 hours include a "still here" check-in. No Bee ever works more than 12 hours; it is not live-in.
Tell the bot what you need. These are the options it offers.
A morning at the OPD, with a Bee
Your father has a 9 am cardiology appointment and you are in Bengaluru. You book the night before. At 8:40 the Bee arrives, shows his photo ID, and your father shares the Start PIN. The Bee takes the registration queue while your father sits, hands over the medicine list at the consultation desk, collects the prescription and the test slips, and walks him to the pharmacy. You receive a message at each step. At 11:30 your father shares the End PIN and the bill arrives on your WhatsApp: 2 hours 50 minutes, itemised, GST shown.
An illustrative booking. Names and places are examples.
Can a Bee stay overnight in the ward?
Yes, where the hospital's attendant rules allow it. Book the hours you need; night bookings are common for admissions. The Bee carries their Trusbee ID for the ward desk.
Can the Bee collect reports without the patient present?
Usually yes, with the registration slip and the patient's ID copy. Some hospitals require the patient; the Bee will tell you before going.
Do you cover AIIMS, PMCH, IGIMS and private hospitals?
We cover every hospital in Patna. The Bee follows that hospital's attendant rules and works alongside its staff.
