A day or night caretaker for your elderly parent in Patna, by the shift
Some days a short visit is not enough: your father should not be alone all day, or your mother needs someone near her through the night. Book a police-verified Bee for a 6, 9 or 12-hour shift, by day or by night. For care round the clock, the 24-hour plan sends two Bees, one for the 12-hour day and one for the 12-hour night.

What the Bee does through a shift
- Arrives in uniform with a photo ID; the shift starts when you give the Start PIN
- Goes through your list of the day's tasks and learns where things are kept in the house
- Keeps your parent company through the day's routine and gives a steady hand around the house, within the mobility limits you described
- Serves meals and tea at the usual times and keeps water within reach, reminding your parent to drink
- On a night shift, stays close by, so there is someone when your parent wants water or a steady hand to the bathroom
- Closes the shift with your End PIN; you pay for the time between the two PINs, or for the plan you chose
A Bee is a trained assistant, not a nurse: no medicines, injections, nursing or physiotherapy. Heavy cleaning, cooking for guests, repairs and bank or ATM work are not part of a shift.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the senior, and stops with the End PIN. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Families who book a caretaker shift
- A father in Patliputra Colony who should not be alone at home while his son and daughter-in-law are at work
- A mother back home in Kankarbagh after a stay at Paras HMRI, who needs someone near her at night for the first few weeks
- A son or daughter caring for a parent single-handed, who needs one night of proper sleep or a free day for work
- Children in Bengaluru, Delhi or abroad who want someone with their parent round the clock for a while, with two Bees sharing the day and the night
Before the first shift
- Write down the exact tasks for the day and show the Bee where things are kept
- Tell the Bee about any mobility limits, such as a weak knee, a walker or a recent fall
- Heavy cleaning, cooking for guests and repair work are outside the shift
- Keep bank and ATM work away from the Bee, and never hand over cash, cards or OTPs
- A plan counts as a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM
- Check the Bee's photo ID at the door. The bill reaches you in the app and on WhatsApp after the shift and is paid by UPI through Trusbee.
