How a medicine reminder visit works
- The Bee reaches your parent before the first dose on your schedule; the clock starts there with your Start PIN
- Reads the timings you wrote and the box you sorted, so every reminder matches the list
- At each time, tells your parent which medicine is due and waits while they take it themselves
- If a strip or a timing does not match the list, the Bee does not guess: the question goes to you or to the doctor's number you shared
- Stays until the last reminder of the visit is done; the visit ends with your End PIN
Reminding is the whole job. The Bee does not give medicines or injections, decide or change a dose, or do any nursing task.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the senior, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Before the first reminder visit
- Sort the medicines in advance and write the timing next to each one
- Share the doctor's number, so any doubt goes to the doctor and not to guesswork
- Tell the Bee about any allergy your parent has
- Do not ask the Bee to decide a dose, skip a medicine or swap one for another; injections and nursing are not part of the visit
- Look at the Bee's photo ID, keep cash, cards and OTPs to yourself, and pay by UPI through Trusbee once the visit is over
- Reminder visits on 3 or more days a week cost 10% less on the service price, plus ₹40 travel per visit, billed weekly
Will the Bee give the tablets to my mother?
No. The Bee reminds her and she takes each medicine herself, from the box you sorted. If she needs someone to give her medicines, that is nursing care, which a Bee does not provide.
Can the Bee come only around dose times?
Yes. Book a visit around the doses and pay by the hour, ₹199 before GST, for the time between your Start PIN and End PIN. For doses spread from morning to evening, a 9 or 12-hour plan may suit better.
What if my father refuses a dose?
The Bee reminds him again but never forces a medicine or changes anything. Any doubt goes to you, or to the doctor whose number you shared.
