What the driver does on an errand drive
- Comes to the car at your parents' home at the booked time and shows a photo ID and licence before the Start PIN.
- Drives at an easy pace to the temple, bank, market or relative's house you named.
- Parks and goes in with your parent, staying beside them through the darshan, the bank queue or the shopping.
- Walks at your parent's pace, watching for steps and crowds on the way back to the car.
- Brings them home and closes the visit with the End PIN; the bill comes in the app and on WhatsApp.
The driver stays with your parent but does not handle bank transactions, hold cash or ask for cards or OTPs. The driver is not a nurse and gives no medicines.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches your car at the agreed pickup point, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your driver is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Families who book an elder errand drive

Good to know before you book
- Tell the driver where your parent needs to go, in what order, and how long to stay at each place.
- Mention any walking difficulty, a walking stick or trouble with stairs.
- Your parent does the banking; the driver does not handle transactions or hold cash for them.
- Keep the car's RC, insurance and PUC on board, and check that the insurance allows another driver.
- Fuel and parking at the temple or market are paid by you at actual cost.
- Your parent can ask to see the driver's photo ID and licence at the door.

Does the driver go inside the temple or the bank with my father?
Yes. On an elder errand drive the driver stays with your parent through the visit and then drives them home. On a hospital drop-and-wait booking, by contrast, the driver stays with the car.
Can the driver help with the bank work?
The driver can stand beside your parent in the queue, but does not handle transactions or hold cash. Your parent does the banking.

You see the driver's name and photo before arrival and can follow the driver on the map in the app. The bill, for the time between the Start PIN and the End PIN, comes in the app and on WhatsApp.
