A driver for hospital visits in Patna who waits and brings you home
The car is at home, but nobody in the family is free to drive it to the hospital. Book a police-verified driver who takes you in your own car to AIIMS Patna, IGIMS, Paras HMRI or the clinic nearby, waits with the car through the appointment, and drives you straight home. Billing runs from your Start PIN at the car to your End PIN at your door.

What the driver does on a hospital visit
- Reaches your car at the booked time, shows a photo ID and driving licence, and starts once you give the Start PIN.
- Drives you and the patient to the hospital, clinic or diagnostic centre you named, and drops you at the gate.
- Parks and waits with the car through the consultation or the tests, however long the OPD takes.
- Brings the car round to the gate when you are done, so the patient does not have to walk to the parking.
- Drives everyone home and ends the visit on your End PIN; the bill comes in the app and on WhatsApp.
The driver stays with your car: no going into the ward, no standing in the token queue and no lifting or handling the patient. This is a non-medical drive; for someone beside the patient inside, also book Hospital Assist.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches your car at the agreed pickup point, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your driver is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Families who book a hospital drop and wait
- Parents in Kankarbagh with a car in the porch, and a son or daughter working outside Patna who cannot drive them to the cardiologist
- A long OPD morning at AIIMS Patna in Phulwari Sharif, with the car needed both ways
- Regular chemotherapy visits to Mahavir Cancer Sansthan, when the patient is too tired to drive back
- An eye check-up after which the doctor has asked the patient not to drive home
Good to know before you book
- Tell us the hospital, the department and roughly how long the visit may take.
- Keep the patient's file, reports and prescription with you, not on the back seat.
- Check the driver's photo ID and licence, and give the Start PIN only at the car.
- Keep the RC, PUC and enough fuel in the car, and make sure your motor insurance allows another driver.
- Hospital parking is paid by you at actual cost; the driver does not pay it.
- Pay by UPI through Trusbee after the trip, and never hand the driver cash, a card or an OTP.
Will the driver come inside the hospital with us?
No. The driver drives, parks and waits with your car. If the patient needs someone at the registration counter, in the queue or beside the bed, book Hospital Assist as well.
Is the waiting time charged?
Yes. The bill runs from the Start PIN to the End PIN, so waiting counts like driving. For a long OPD day you can choose a 6 or 9 hour plan instead of the hourly rate; every plan price is in the Trusbee app.
What if the patient feels worse on the way?
Call 102 for an ambulance first. The driver is not a nurse or a doctor and does not give medicines.
Can I book drives for every chemotherapy or dialysis day?
Yes, as a recurring booking in the Trusbee app. With 3 or more days a week the service price is 10% lower, a small travel charge is added per visit, and you are billed weekly.
