What the driver does on an airport or station run
- Before the day, you share the flight or train time, the terminal and how many bags there are.
- At your door, the driver shows a photo ID and licence and loads the suitcases into the boot once you give the Start PIN.
- Drives to Jay Prakash Narayan Airport, Patna Junction, Rajendra Nagar Terminal, Patliputra Junction or Danapur station.
- Unloads the bags at the drop-off point and helps put them on a trolley; tickets, ID and valuables stay with you.
- For a pick-up, waits with the car until the train or flight is in, then loads the bags and drives everyone home.
- The trip closes on your End PIN, and the bill arrives in the app and on WhatsApp.

What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches your car at the agreed pickup point, and stops with the End PIN. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your driver is assigned and has no GST. Good to know before you book
- Share the flight or train number, the time and the terminal when you book.
- Keep a buffer for traffic, especially for an early flight or a train at rush hour.
- Do not ask the driver to carry valuables or documents on their own; keep them with you.
- Airport or station parking is yours at actual cost, as are fuel and tolls.
- Check the driver's photo ID and licence before the keys change hands, and keep the RC and insurance in the car.
- Make sure your motor insurance lets another person drive your car.

What if the train or the flight is late?
The driver waits with the car, and the wait is billed by the hour like driving. If your train often runs late, you can pick a 6 hour plan instead; plan prices are in the Trusbee app.
Does the driver carry the luggage?
The driver helps load and unload the bags at the car and at the drop-off point. Passports, tickets and valuables stay with you.
Can someone take my mother right up to her coach?
That is a separate booking, Airport/Railway Pickup & Drop under Elderly Care, where a Bee stays with her until the journey or handover is complete. You can book it along with the driver.
