What the Bee does at the station or airport
- For a pickup, the Bee sets off to be there when the train or flight comes in; the clock starts when the Bee starts travelling
- For a drop, the Bee reaches your parent first and goes with them to the station or airport
- Helps with the luggage, gets a trolley or wheelchair if you said one is needed, and checks the ticket for the coach, platform or terminal
- On a drop, stays until the train leaves, or goes as far into the airport as visitors are allowed
- On a pickup, brings your parent to the address you chose and hands them over; the visit ends there with your End PIN
The Bee does not travel on the train or flight, buy tickets, or pay platform, parking or excess-baggage charges. The ticket and ID stay with your parent.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee starts travelling for the pickup or reaches the senior for the drop, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Before the journey
- Share the flight or train number, the terminal and the PNR
- Say how much luggage there is and whether a trolley or wheelchair is needed
- Keep the ticket and an ID with your parent, not with the Bee
- Tickets, platform tickets, parking and excess-baggage charges are yours to pay; the Bee pays none of them
- The Bee sees your parent off but does not travel with them on the train or flight
- The app shows the Bee's name and photo before arrival, so your parent knows whom to look for
- Check the Bee's photo ID when you meet; no cash, cards or OTPs for the Bee, and the bill is paid by UPI through Trusbee afterwards
What if the train is late?
The Bee waits for it. On a pickup the clock starts when the Bee sets off, so waiting for a late train is part of the bill; share any delay you hear about.
Can the Bee go inside the airport with my mother?
Only as far as visitors are allowed at Jay Prakash Narayan Airport. The Bee stays until she has gone in, and does not fly with her.
Can the Bee bring my father home in our car?
The Bee does not drive. Book a Trusbee driver for your own car as well, or a cab that you pay for.
