What the driver does through a wedding or function
- Before the day, you send the venue, the guest pick-up points and the late-night timings.
- The driver reaches your car at the start of each booked day and begins on the Start PIN.
- Fetches guests from the station, the airport or where they are staying, and brings them to the venue or your home.
- Runs the drops in between, such as elders going home to rest or family needed back at the venue.
- Stays for the late-night run home after the ceremony or the reception, within the hours you booked.
- Closes each day with the End PIN, so each day gets its own bill.
The driver only drives: no serving drinks or food, no managing guests and no more than 12 hours in a day. Shagun, cash and gifts stay with the family, never with the driver.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches your car at the agreed pickup point, and stops with the End PIN. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your driver is assigned and has no GST. Good to know before you book
- Put the venue, every guest pick-up point and the late-night timings in one message.
- Book each day's hours on their own; a plan becomes a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM.
- Do not ask the driver to serve drinks or food, look after guests or work beyond 12 hours.
- Fuel for all the extra runs, parking at the venue and any tolls are yours at actual cost.
- Check the driver's photo ID and licence, and keep the car papers and a full tank ready each morning.
- Before the wedding week, confirm that your motor insurance allows another driver.
- Pay each day's bill by UPI through Trusbee; keep cash, shagun envelopes, cards and OTPs away from the driver.
Can one driver cover the whole wedding day?
One driver works up to 12 hours in a day. If the day runs longer, book a second driver for the late hours.

Can the driver also look after our guests at the venue?
