What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee meets you at the agreed location, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Good to know before you book
- See the Bee's photo ID before you set out together
- Go yourself: the bank or office needs you there, and the Bee accompanies you
- Make a clear list of the papers to carry, and keep every receipt you are given
- Keep your ATM card, its PIN, your passwords and every OTP to yourself
- Do not ask the Bee to sign a form or submit a document on your behalf
- Pay for the visit afterwards by UPI or the Trusbee QR
Can the Bee go to the bank for my father without him?
No. On a bank or office visit the Bee goes with the person whose work it is, who signs and transacts. Holding tax and water bills at the Nagar Nigam are different: a Bee can do that counter work with your money.
Can my mother have a female Bee for the visit?
Yes, between 9 AM and 6 PM. Ask for a female Bee when you book in the Trusbee app or on WhatsApp.
How is a bank or office visit billed?
From when the Bee meets you at the agreed place until you give the End PIN. You pay for the time between your Start PIN and End PIN by UPI after the visit.
