What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee joins the queue or takes the token, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book someone for the queue
- The early-morning OPD registration line at AIIMS Patna, IGIMS or PMCH, while the patient rests at home until the turn is near
- A bank token on Bailey Road or in Kankarbagh for a parent who cannot stand for long
- The reservation counter at Patna Junction or Rajendra Nagar Terminal before a family trip
- A counter line at the Patna Municipal Corporation while you finish your own work at the office
Good to know before you book
- Look at the Bee's photo ID before you hand over any token slip
- Be at the counter yourself when your turn comes: the Bee keeps the place, you transact
- Keep the money for the counter with you; there is nothing for the Bee to pay
- Your OTPs, PINs, passwords and ATM card stay with you, always
- Do not ask the Bee to sign or hand in a form on your behalf

When does billing start for queue standing?
From the moment the Bee joins the queue or takes the token. The bill is the time between your Start PIN and End PIN, paid by UPI after the visit.
Does every office allow someone to hold my place?
Not always. Each hospital, bank and office has its own queue and token rules, so check them before you book; the Bee follows them.
