Bereavement support at home in Patna, in the days of mourning
When someone dies, the house fills with relatives and neighbours, and the people closest to the loss end up looking after everyone else. A police-verified Bee can stay with your family as a calm helping hand: receiving guests, keeping small arrangements on track and simply being there, so that you can be with each other.

What the Bee does in a house in mourning
- Comes at the time you choose, in uniform with a photo ID; the app shows the Bee's name and photo before arrival.
- Asks whom to coordinate with, a relative or neighbour you name, so the grieving family is not asked about every small thing.
- Receives guests at the door and shows them to where the family is sitting.
- Keeps small arrangements on track with the person you named, such as enough chairs for visitors.
- Stays close and quiet through the day, so someone is always at hand while the family sits together.
- Leaves when you are ready; you pay only for the time from the Bee's arrival to the End PIN.
The Bee is there to help and keep you company, not to give medical or nursing care, and never makes payments or signs anything for the family. Cash, cards and OTPs stay with you.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the family, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
