How the Bee helps through the rites
- Before the day, learns the dates and timings of the rites, your family's customs and whom to ask.
- Runs the errands and picks up the samagri from your list; you pay the shop directly.
- Keeps water and seating ready before the guests come.
- Receives relatives and guests and shows them where to sit.
- Coordinates the brahmbhoj with your cook or caterer, so no one from the family is called away from the rites.

All rituals are done by your pandit. The Bee does not perform any ritual or sit in the puja, does not hold cash, jewellery or dakshina, and makes no payments to anyone.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee begins the first errand or arrangement, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book help for the rites
- A terahvi at home in Kankarbagh, with relatives coming from other towns and a caterer to coordinate for the brahmbhoj
- A shraddh where the family sits with the pandit for hours and no one is free to go to the market for samagri
- A family back in Patna only for the rites, who no longer know the local shops
- The first barsi or a yearly shraddh, when the house fills with family once again
Good to know before you book
- Share the dates and timings of the rites, the shraddh and the terahvi when you book.
- Tell the Bee your family's customs and whom to ask when something comes up.
- Keep the samagri list ready; the Bee can pick it up, and you pay the shop directly.
- Check the Bee's photo ID when the Bee arrives.
- The rituals belong to your pandit and your family; please do not ask the Bee to perform them or sit in the puja.
- Cash, jewellery and dakshina stay with the family; the Bee does not hold them.
- The Bee makes no payments, to the shop, the caterer or anyone else.
Will the Bee help with the puja itself?
No. Every ritual is done by your pandit, and the Bee does not sit in the puja. The Bee looks after the errands, the guests and the arrangements around it.
Who pays for the samagri and the caterer?
You do, directly. The Bee can collect the samagri from your list, but you pay the shop and the caterer yourself.
When does the Bee's time start?
When the Bee begins the first errand or arrangement, and it runs until you give the End PIN. You pay by the hour or for a fixed-price plan.
Can we book the Bee for more than one day of rites?
Yes. Book each day you need, and share all the dates and timings when you book, so the errands can be planned ahead.
