Help with the death certificate and paperwork in Patna, with a Bee beside you
After a death, the family still has to face offices: the death certificate first, then other formalities, each with its own queue and its own return visits. A police-verified Bee goes with you, waits in the queues, helps with the forms and comes back with you for the follow-ups. Every application is still yours to sign.

How the Bee helps with the death certificate and paperwork
- Meets you at home or at the office, as you choose; the time starts then, or with the first office visit.
- Goes through the papers with you against the list the office has given, so nothing is left behind.
- Goes with you to the office, such as the Patna Municipal Corporation (Nagar Nigam) or the circle office, and finds the right counter.
- Stands in the queue while you sit, and calls you forward when it is your turn.
- Helps you fill in the application; you read it and sign it yourself.
- Notes the date the office gives, and goes back with you on the follow-up visits you book.
The Bee goes with you and helps, but does not sign, decide or act as your agent, and gives no legal advice. Office fees are paid by you at the counter, and the Bee never asks for cash, cards or an OTP.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee meets the family or begins the first office visit, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Families who book help with after-loss paperwork
- A death at home in Kankarbagh or Anisabad, and the family has to start on the death certificate in the middle of the rites
- A son who must fly back to Bengaluru, leaving his mother to follow up on the certificate
- A widowed mother who has never stood in an office queue and does not want to go alone
- Later formalities at the circle office (anchal karyalay), when the family wants someone patient beside them
Good to know before you book
- Tell us which family member is applying, so the Bee knows whom to go with.
- Share the office timings, or the date the office has given for your next visit.
- Check the Bee's photo ID before you set out.
- Every form, application and declaration is signed by the family, never by the Bee.
- Office fees are yours to pay; the Bee makes no payments and is never given cash, cards or OTPs.
- The bill for the Bee's time reaches you in the app and on WhatsApp; pay it by UPI through Trusbee.
Can the Bee get the death certificate made without us?
No. The Bee goes with you and helps with queues, forms and follow-ups, but the application is made and signed by the family. The Bee never acts as your agent.
Which documents will we need?
The office that handles your application gives the list; the Bee does not give legal advice. The Bee can go through that list with you and help keep the papers in order.
How long will the certificate take?
That depends on the office. The Bee cannot speed it up or promise a date, but can go back with you on each follow-up visit you book.
Can the Bee help with other offices after the certificate?
Yes. For other formalities and official paperwork after the loss, the Bee goes with you in the same way: queues, offices and follow-ups, with every paper signed by you.
