Family emergency help in Patna for the days you cannot be there
When a crisis hits your family in Patna and you are in another city or abroad, a police-verified Bee becomes the practical help on the ground: company for whoever is alone, queues and papers, meeting relatives, running between home and hospital. Decisions stay with your family. For a medical emergency, call 102 for an ambulance first.

How the Bee supports your family
- Tell us who needs support, where they are right now (home, hospital or station) and what is happening.
- Give one family number that will stay reachable, and say if travel or hospital paperwork is involved.
- The Bee reaches your family member and shows a photo ID, and the clock starts from there.
- The Bee stays with whoever should not be alone, and keeps you and the family number informed by phone.
- The Bee does the practical running: queues for hospital and travel papers, carrying documents and things between home and hospital, meeting relatives at the station or airport.
- The visit ends once the support you asked for is done, at the place you chose. Forms are signed and decisions made by your family.
This is non-medical help: the Bee does not treat anyone or give medicines, makes no family or money decisions, does not carry large amounts of cash, and pays for nothing.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the family member, and stops with the End PIN. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book emergency family support
- Your father is admitted at IGIMS overnight and your mother, at home in Saguna More, should not be alone. A Bee stays with her through the night until your flight lands at Jay Prakash Narayan Airport.
- Your brother stays at the bedside at PMCH while a Bee does the running: paperwork queues, and clothes and documents brought from home.
- Relatives travelling in for a family emergency arrive at Patliputra Junction late at night; the Bee meets them and brings them to where the family is.
- Your parents must leave Patna in a hurry for a family emergency elsewhere; the Bee helps them get their papers together and goes with them to Rajendra Nagar Terminal.
Good to know before you book
- Tell us who needs support and where they are at this moment.
- Share one family number that stays reachable throughout.
- Say up front if travel or hospital paperwork is involved.
- Family and money decisions stay with your family, not the Bee.
- Do not give the Bee large amounts of cash to carry.
- Check the Bee's photo ID when they reach your family.
- Pay by UPI through Trusbee after the support. Never hand over cash, cards or OTPs; the Bee makes no payments.
How is this different from Emergency Companion?
Emergency Companion sends a Bee to one person at the scene of a sudden event until it settles. Family Support covers the practical help around a crisis: company for whoever is alone, queues, papers and travel, often over a long day or night.
Can the Bee take decisions or pay the hospital for us?
No. Treatment, family and money decisions stay with your family, and the Bee pays for nothing. The Bee carries papers and messages and keeps the family number informed.
Can someone stay with my mother all night?
Yes. Book a 12-hour night plan, or Full Day Care with two Bees, 12 hours by day and 12 by night. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM; every plan price is in the Trusbee app.
Is this medical support?
No. In a medical emergency, call 102 for an ambulance first. The Bee gives no medicines or treatment and is there for the practical side of the crisis.
