Griha pravesh and katha help in Patna, for the day you move in
The new flat still smells of paint, half the boxes are unopened, and relatives are coming for the Satyanarayan katha. A police-verified Bee welcomes guests and shows them around, sets out seating for the katha, keeps prasad and water going and keeps the bhoj on time with your caterer or kitchen. Your pandit does the rituals.

What the Bee does at a griha pravesh or katha
- Reaches your new home or the venue and learns from you where shoes, gifts and prasad go
- Arranges seating for the katha around the pandit's place
- Welcomes guests at the door and shows them around the new home
- Keeps prasad and water going through the katha and after the aarti
- Coordinates the bhoj with your caterer or kitchen, so the food is ready when the katha ends
- Helps tidy up once the last guests have gone home
Every ritual is done by your pandit, not the Bee. The Bee does not shift furniture or heavy luggage, makes no payments, and does not hold cash, keys or gifts.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches your new home or the venue, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book a Bee for a new home
- A family moving into a new flat near Saguna More or on Bailey Road, with the katha on the first morning
- A griha pravesh in a new house in Danapur or near the Bypass, where guests want to be shown every room
- A monthly Satyanarayan katha at home in Kidwaipuri, for parents who no longer manage the bhoj themselves
- A son working outside Patna who comes home for the griha pravesh and needs a steady pair of hands on the day
Good to know before the griha pravesh
- Share the pandit's timings and how many guests you expect
- Tell the Bee where shoes, gifts and prasad should go
- Keep keys, cash and gifts with the family
- Check the Bee's photo ID at the door of the new home
- Book packers and movers for furniture and heavy luggage; the Bee does not shift them
- Do not ask the Bee to perform rituals, make payments or hold cash
Can the Bee help us unpack before the katha?
The Bee's work is the function itself: guests, seating, prasad, the bhoj and the tidy-up afterwards. For furniture and heavy luggage, book packers and movers.
Who cooks the bhoj?
Your caterer or your own kitchen. The Bee coordinates with them so the food is ready when the katha ends, and keeps prasad and water going for the guests meanwhile.
Do you send a pandit?
No. The pandit is yours, and every ritual is done by them. The Bee keeps the house, the seating and the guests ready around the pandit's timings.
Elderly relatives are coming. Who looks after them?
Add a Senior Guest Care Bee. One Bee looks after 2–3 elderly guests, from the gate to a seat for the katha and back.
