Care for elderly guests at weddings and functions in Patna
Your grandmother wants to see the varmala, but the hall is crowded, the washroom is far and everyone in the family is busy. A dedicated Bee meets her at the gate or the car, finds her a comfortable seat, brings her food and water, and walks with her whenever she needs to get up. One Bee looks after 2–3 elderly guests at most.

How the Bee looks after an elderly guest
- Learns each guest's name and needs from you before the function: a walking stick, a wheelchair, diabetes
- Meets the guest at the gate or at the car, and walks in with them at their own pace
- Finds a comfortable seat, away from the speakers and the crush near the stage
- Brings food and water to the seat, so the guest does not stand in the food queue
- Walks with them to the washroom and back, giving a steady arm on steps and uneven ground
- Gets them seated in time for the ceremonies and the family photos, and reminds them of their medicines at the times you set
The Bee is not a nurse: the Bee reminds about medicines but never gives them or any injection, and helps a guest walk but does not lift or carry anyone. If a guest feels unwell, call 102 for an ambulance first.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee meets the elderly guest at the venue or the gate, and stops with the End PIN. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book senior guest care
- A grandfather with a walking stick at his granddaughter's wedding in a marriage hall in Anisabad
- An elderly aunt arriving by train at Patna Junction for a family tilak, who needs someone beside her at the function
- A diabetic grandmother at a long reception, who should not be waiting in the food queue
- Two or three elderly relatives at a griha pravesh, while the hosts are busy with the pandit
Before the function
- Tell the Bee each elderly guest's name, needs and one family contact
- Bring their medicines along; the Bee reminds them but never gives a medicine
- Book one Bee for every 2–3 elderly guests who need help
- Do not ask the Bee to lift or carry a guest; the Bee helps them walk
- If a guest feels unwell, call 102 first and stay with them; do not leave it to the Bee alone
- Keep their cash and jewellery with the family, and check the Bee's photo ID on arrival
Can one Bee look after all the elders at our wedding?
One Bee looks after 2–3 elderly guests who need help. If more of your elders need a steady arm, book another Bee so nobody is left waiting.
Will the Bee give my mother her tablets or insulin at the function?
No. Bring her medicines along; the Bee reminds her at the times you set, and she or a family member takes care of the dose. The Bee never gives medicines or injections.
Can a female Bee look after my grandmother?
Female Bees are available from 9 AM to 6 PM. Ask for one in the booking if the function falls within those hours.
When does the Bee's time start counting?
From the Start PIN, which you give when the Bee meets your elderly guest at the venue or the gate, to the End PIN at the finish. You pay for the time between them by UPI through Trusbee.
