What the Bee does while the work is on
- Gets the key the way you arranged, opens up and waits for the worker you booked
- Checks that the worker is the one you named, and shows them the problem as you described it
- Watches the work and sends you photos and updates as it goes
- Puts any extra work or parts to you on a call; nothing more is done until you approve
- Pays the worker from your money, and only after you approve the job
- Locks up after and leaves the key where you said
The Bee does not do the repair or carry heavy items, and will not stay alone overnight with a worker you do not know. You book the worker and agree the rate yourself.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches your home, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Will the Bee pay the plumber?
Yes, from your money and only after you approve the work. Agree the rate with the worker when you book them, and approve any extra parts on a call.
Can the Bee find a plumber or electrician for me?
No. You book the worker yourself and share their name, number and agreed rate; the Bee waits for them, watches the work and keeps you updated.
What if the work runs into the evening?
You pay for the time between the Start PIN and End PIN, by the hour or as a 6, 9 or 12 hour plan; every plan price is in the Trusbee app. The Bee will not stay overnight alone with an unknown worker.
