Phone and laptop repair pickup and drop in Patna, at the shop you choose
A cracked screen or a laptop that will not start can eat a whole day at the service centre. A police-verified Bee collects the device, takes it to the service centre or shop you choose, waits or collects it later, and brings it back with the bill. You approve the cost before any work begins.

How a repair pickup works
- You back up the device and take out the SIM and memory card before the Bee arrives
- The Bee collects the device and photographs its condition at pickup
- Takes it to the service centre or shop you named and explains the exact problem you described
- You approve the repair cost on a call, and no work starts before that
- Waits while it is repaired, or collects it later when it is ready
- Returns the device to you with the shop's bill, for you to check
The Bee does not repair the device and never asks for your password, PIN, pattern or OTP. The repair is done by the shop or service centre you choose.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee collects your device, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
