How a daily errand run works
- You send the list in the Trusbee app or on WhatsApp: what to buy, what to collect and where to drop it
- The app shows you the Bee's name and photo first, and the Bee arrives in uniform with a photo ID
- Groceries and household shopping from the shops you name, using only the money the list needs
- Sending or collecting a courier, and picking up or dropping documents anywhere in Patna
- Every item handed over to you with its receipt, so you can match the bills to the list
- You give the End PIN when the last errand is done; the bill comes in the app and on WhatsApp
The Bee shops and carries for you but never needs your OTP, card PIN, password or ATM card. Send only the cash the errand needs, and keep the receipts.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee begins the first errand or collection, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Good to know before you book
- Check the Bee's photo ID when they arrive
- Give a clear list, and any slip or receipt needed to collect an item
- Send only the cash the list needs, never more
- Never hand over an OTP, a PIN, a password or your ATM card for any errand
- A pickup and drop is only carrying: do not ask the Bee to sign or submit documents for you
- Pay the Trusbee bill by UPI or the Trusbee QR once the errands are done
How does the Bee pay for the groceries?
With the money you give for that list, and no more. Every item comes back with its receipt so you can check each one, and the Bee never asks for your card, its PIN or an OTP.
When does the clock start on an errand run?
When the Bee begins the first errand or collection. The bill is the time between your Start PIN and End PIN, by the hour or as a fixed-price plan.
Can a Bee do our errands every week?
Yes. On 3 or more days a week, regular visits cost 10% less on the service price, plus a fixed travel charge per visit, billed weekly.
I live outside Patna. Can I book errands for my parents?
Yes. Send the list in the Trusbee app or on WhatsApp from wherever you are; the Bee delivers to your parents' home and the bill reaches you after the visit.
