What the Bee does on admission day
- Meets the patient and family at home or at the hospital gate; billing starts at that meeting
- Stands in the admission desk queue with the Aadhaar, the insurance card and the doctor's admission note
- Carries papers between the admission, insurance and billing desks, and brings each form to the family member who signs it
- Follows up on the room or ward allotment until a bed number is given
- Takes the patient and the bags up to the room and helps them settle in, with water and the phone charger within reach
- Stays for non-medical help until the admission is complete, then the End PIN closes the visit
The Bee does not sign consent forms, take medical decisions or pay the deposit, and does no nursing. One family member needs to be there for signatures and payments.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee arrives and meets the customer or patient, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Before admission day
- Keep the Aadhaar, the insurance card and the admission papers together in one folder
- Send one family member along to sign forms; the Bee cannot sign them
- Tell the Bee the ward or room number as soon as the hospital gives it
- Consent forms and medical decisions stay with the family and the doctors
- Do not give the Bee money for the deposit; the family pays the hospital directly
- Check the Bee's photo ID, hand over no cash, cards or OTPs, and pay Trusbee by UPI after the service
Can the Bee fill in and sign the admission forms?
The Bee helps with the paperwork, stands in the queues and carries forms between desks. Signing, consent and medical decisions stay with the patient or the family.
Can the Bee stay on once the patient is in the room?
