Someone to wait with your family at a hospital in Patna
Waiting outside an ICU or an operation theatre is long and lonely, and families often take turns for days. A police-verified Bee can sit with you through the hours, run small errands inside the hospital and stay at the waiting area while you rest. The Bee is there for the family, not to treat the patient.

What the Bee does during a hospital wait
- Reaches you at the hospital, in the ward, the ICU waiting area or outside the operation theatre; the time starts there.
- Sits with you through the wait, so no one from the family has to wait alone.
- Runs small errands inside the hospital, such as fetching water or finding the right counter.
- Stays at the waiting area while you eat or rest, and calls you if the hospital staff ask for the family.
- Stays on through the night on a night plan, or hands over to a second Bee for the night on Full Day Care.
The Bee is a companion for the family, not a nurse or a doctor: no medicines, injections or nursing, and no consent forms or hospital papers signed for you. For a medical emergency, call 102 for an ambulance first; inside the hospital, its own staff treat the patient.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the family at the hospital, and stops with the End PIN. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Families who book someone to wait with them
- Long days and nights outside the ICU at IGIMS or AIIMS Patna
- A surgery at Paras HMRI or Jay Prabha Medanta, with hours to wait outside the operation theatre
- An elderly mother at PMCH while her husband is in the ward and the children are still on their way from other cities
- Long treatment days at Mahavir Cancer Sansthan, when the family needs someone to take turns with in the waiting area
Good to know before you book
- Tell us which family member the Bee should stay with, and whom to call if that person steps away.
- Share the hospital, the ward and the time you need the Bee, and whether the wait may run into the night.
- Check the Bee's photo ID when the Bee reaches you at the hospital.
- Expect a companion, not medical care: treatment comes from the hospital, and in a medical emergency you call 102 first.
- Cash, cards and OTPs stay with you, even for hospital bills or the pharmacy.
- Consent forms and hospital papers are signed by the family; the Bee makes no payments and never acts as your agent.
- Pay for the Bee's time after the visit through Trusbee, by UPI or QR.
Will the Bee look after the patient?
No. The Bee is there for the family; the hospital's doctors and nurses look after the patient. If you need someone at the bedside, book a patient attendant under Hospital Assist.
Can the Bee stay through the night?
Yes, where the hospital lets family wait at night. Book a night plan, or Full Day Care with two Bees of 12 hours each; plan prices are shown in the Trusbee app.
We are not in Patna yet. Can a Bee be with our mother until we arrive?
Yes. Book in the Trusbee app or on WhatsApp, and you will see the Bee's name and photo before the Bee reaches her at the hospital. The time starts when the Bee reaches her.
Which hospitals do you go to?
Hospitals across Patna, government and private, such as AIIMS Patna, IGIMS, PMCH, NMCH and Paras HMRI. Each hospital's own rules on who may wait, and where, always apply.
