What the Bee does on a medicine run
- You send a clear photo of the prescription, with the brand and quantity you want
- Billing starts when the Bee sets off for the pharmacy or the hospital's medicine counter
- At the counter, the Bee asks for exactly what the prescription says, in the brand you named
- If that brand is not in stock, the Bee does not pick a substitute; the choice stays with you
- You pay the chemist directly by UPI while the Bee waits at the counter
- The Bee brings the medicines to the place you chose and takes the End PIN
The Bee collects only what the prescription says, never picks a substitute and never pays for medicines. The Bee also does not give medicines or decide doses: that stays with your doctor.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee begins travelling to the pharmacy or medicine collection point, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST.
When families book a medicine pickup

Before you send the prescription
- Send a clear, readable photo of the prescription

- Check the Bee's photo ID when the medicines arrive

Who pays for the medicines?
You do, straight to the chemist by UPI while the Bee is at the counter. The Bee never pays for medicines, so have UPI ready before the Bee reaches the shop.
What if the chemist does not have the brand we asked for?
The Bee will not swap it for another medicine. Whether to take a substitute is your decision, ideally after checking with your doctor.
