What the Bee does at your event
- Reports at the venue and takes the programme and checklist from your organiser
- Runs the registration or welcome desk from the guest list or sheet you sent
- Guides guests and speakers to their seats
- Hands out kits or prasad
- Keeps the hall in order during the programme: water on the dais, aisles clear
- Follows up with the vendors on your checklist and tells your organiser what is still pending
Your organiser stays in charge. The Bee does not collect cash or donations (chanda), does no security, bouncer or crowd-control work, and does not lift stages, speakers or furniture.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reports at the venue, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Events that book a Bee
- A training session or seminar at an office on Bailey Road or Boring Road that needs a registration desk
- An RWA annual meeting or society function in Patliputra Colony, with members to sign in and seat
- A society's Durga Puja or Saraswati Puja pandal, where prasad has to be handed out in an orderly way
- A product launch or a doctors' meeting in a hall near Gandhi Maidan, with kits to hand out
Good to know before the event
- Share the venue, the programme and one organiser's contact
- Send guest lists or registration sheets in advance
- Tell the Bee the dress code, if there is one
- See the Bee's photo ID at the venue
- Keep cash collections and donations with your own team; the Bee does not handle them
- Security, bouncer and crowd-control work is a separate service, not the Bee's
- Do not ask the Bee to lift stages, speakers or furniture
Can the Bee collect registration fees or chanda at the desk?
No. The Bee runs the desk, the guest list and the seating, but cash collections and donations stay with your own team.
Can the Bee manage the crowd at our pandal?
No. Security, bouncer and crowd-control work is a separate service. The Bee hands out prasad, guides people and keeps the area in order.
Can the Bee follow up with our vendors?
Yes, from your checklist: the Bee checks with each vendor and reports back to your organiser. Decisions and payments stay with the organiser.
How is an event billed?
The Start PIN is given when the Bee reports at the venue and the End PIN when the work ends. The bill, with 18% GST added, comes in the Trusbee app and on WhatsApp and is paid by UPI.
