What the Bee does at the venue
- Takes your vendor list and checklist: who agreed to what, where and by when
- Reports at the venue and notes when each team arrives: tent, caterer, decorator, light and sound
- Checks the setup against what you agreed, item by item
- Sends you photo updates on WhatsApp as the stage, lights and food counters come up
- Calls you whenever a vendor needs a decision, and passes your answer back
- Runs errands in and around the venue while the setup goes on
The Bee only coordinates. The Bee does not pay, collect money or negotiate rates, does not do the vendors' work (lifting, wiring, cooking) and does not decide anything for you.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reports at the venue, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book a venue coordinator

Can the Bee pay the tent wala the balance once the setup is done?
No. The Bee makes no payments and does not collect or carry money. Settle your vendors yourself.
What if the decorator wants to change something?
The Bee calls you, explains what the decorator is asking and passes your decision back. The Bee never decides or negotiates for you.
I live outside Patna. Can I follow the setup from there?
Yes. The Bee sends photo updates on WhatsApp as each team sets up and calls you for every decision. You book, follow and pay from the Trusbee app or WhatsApp.
