A companion for your parent's doctor visit in Patna
The consultation may be short; the morning around it rarely is. A police-verified Bee comes to the house, goes with your mother or father to the clinic or hospital, handles registration and the OPD token queue, and comes back with them and the prescription to wherever you choose, usually home. Your parent does not face the counters alone.

What the Bee does on a doctor visit
- Arrives at the house in uniform with a photo ID; billing starts when the Bee meets your parent and gets the Start PIN
- Carries the folder of old prescriptions and reports, and goes with your parent to the clinic or hospital
- Does the registration at the front desk and stands in the OPD token queue while your parent sits
- Walks your parent to the doctor's room when the number is called, with a wheelchair if you asked for one
- Collects the prescription and any papers from the doctor's desk, and keeps them safe
- Comes back with your parent to the end location you chose, where the End PIN closes the visit
The Bee is a trained assistant, not a doctor or nurse, so the Bee will not explain the diagnosis, give medicines or push staff for an earlier number. Consultation fees are paid by you; the Bee makes no payments.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee arrives and meets the customer or patient, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Families who book a doctor visit companion
- A son working outside Bihar whose father has a regular check-up at a clinic on Boring Road
- A mother who would rather have a woman beside her at the OPD: a female Bee can go between 9 AM and 6 PM
- A first appointment with a specialist at Paras HMRI or Jay Prabha Medanta, where the registration and token desks are new to your parent
- Both of you go to office, and the doctor in Kankarbagh only gives weekday morning slots
Good to know before the doctor visit
- Keep the old prescription, past reports and the doctor's name ready before the Bee arrives
- Plan to reach the clinic 15 minutes before the appointment slot
- Tell the Bee in advance if your parent needs a wheelchair
- Check the Bee's photo ID at the door; the app shows the Bee's name and photo before arrival
- The Bee waits for your turn and will not argue with hospital staff for an earlier number
- Questions about the diagnosis go to the doctor, not to the Bee
- The Bee takes no cash, cards or OTPs and pays for nothing; you pay Trusbee by UPI after the visit
Can the Bee pick my mother up from home and bring her back?
Yes. Billing starts when the Bee arrives and meets her, and ends once the appointment is over and she is at the end location you chose, such as home. If she goes in your own car, Driver Assist can send a driver as well.
Will the Bee tell us what the doctor said?
The Bee brings back the prescription and any papers the doctor's desk hands over, but does not explain the diagnosis. Questions about treatment are for the doctor.
We live outside Patna. Can we book for our parents from here?
Yes. Book in the Trusbee app or on WhatsApp from wherever you are. The app shows the Bee's name and photo before arrival, and the bill reaches you in the app and on WhatsApp for UPI payment.
