What the Bee does on a local trip
- Meets your parent at the pickup point, where the visit starts with your Start PIN
- Rides with them in the auto or cab you booked, or one the Bee calls for you to pay by UPI
- Stays by their side at each stop, whether a shop, an appointment or a relative's home, and helps with bags and steps
- Keeps to the plan you shared: the stops, their order and the time to be back
- Sees them to the drop address you gave; the visit ends there with your End PIN
The Bee does not drive your vehicle and does not pay fares, bills or anything else from their own pocket. For a trip in your own car, book a Trusbee driver.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee meets the senior at the pickup location, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Before the trip
- Share the exact drop address and the time your parent should be back
- Book the auto or cab yourself, or let the Bee call one and pay the fare by UPI
- Keep an ID card with your parent for the trip
- Do not ask the Bee to drive your vehicle or to pay any fare from their pocket
- Check the Bee's photo ID; cash, cards and OTPs never go to the Bee, and the Trusbee bill is paid by UPI after the trip
- The Bee's arrival fee is ₹0–99 by distance, with no GST on it
Who pays the auto or cab fare?
You do. Book it yourself, or ask the Bee to call one and pay the driver by UPI. The Bee makes no payments.
Can the trip end at a different place?
Yes. Choose any end location in Patna when you book. A ₹49 return fee is added when the trip ends away from the starting point.
Can the Bee drive my father's car?
No. For a trip in your own car, book a Trusbee driver: the driver shows a valid licence, and fuel, tolls and parking are paid by you at actuals.
