Grocery and essentials shopping for elderly parents in Patna, from your written list
Rice, dal, the regular medicines, a new pair of slippers: small errands are hard on parents who live alone, and harder to run from another city. A police-verified Bee shops from your written list, or goes round the market with your parent, and brings everything home. You pay the shop by UPI.

How a shopping run works
- The clock starts when the Bee sets off on the shopping task you booked
- The Bee goes to the shops for the items on your list, or meets your parent and shops alongside them
- Picks each item by the quantity and brand you wrote, and asks you before taking anything else
- The shop is paid by you or your parent over UPI, within the spending limit you fixed
- Brings everything home and puts it where you said; the visit ends once all the items are delivered
The Bee makes no payments, from their own money or yours, and does not bargain or go back later to return items. Medicines come only as named on your list.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee begins travelling for the shopping task, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book a shopping run
- The month's kirana for parents in Kankarbagh, with the list and the UPI payment sent from Delhi
- A refill of regular medicines from the chemist near home on Boring Road
- A mother who likes to choose her own vegetables but cannot carry the bags back from the market
- A father just back from hospital, with an empty fridge and nobody free that day
Good to know before the shopping
- Send a written list with the quantity and brand of each item
- Fix a spending limit, and pay for the shopping yourself by UPI
- Tell the Bee where the items should be kept at home
- The Bee will not spend their own money, bargain, or go back later to return items
- See the Bee's photo ID; no cash, cards or OTPs for the Bee, and the Trusbee bill is paid by UPI after the visit
- The bill runs from when the Bee sets off for the shops until the last item is delivered
