Urgent home help in Patna for deliveries, visitors and quick errands
A big delivery is on its way, a visitor is due or something at home needs sorting today, and you cannot get there. A police-verified Bee in uniform comes to the house, takes care of it and stays on the phone with you. If someone at home is unwell, call 102 for an ambulance first.

What the Bee handles at home
- Tell us what needs doing and who is at home right now: your parents, a relative, or nobody.
- Keep the gate open for the Bee and let a neighbour know a Trusbee Bee is coming.
- The Bee receives deliveries, from a parcel to a new fridge, and has them placed where you say.
- The Bee manages visitors: opens the gate for the people you are expecting, such as relatives or a plumber on the way, and checks with you about anyone else.
- The Bee runs an immediate errand you name, such as taking a forgotten file or tiffin to a family member nearby.
- When the task is done, the Bee calls you, the End PIN closes the visit and the bill reaches you to pay by UPI.
The Bee does no electrical, plumbing or repair work, pays for nothing (not even a cash-on-delivery parcel), never takes an OTP, and stays alone in an empty house only if you agree.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the service location, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book home help
- A new fridge or bed is being delivered to your parents' flat in Patliputra Colony, and they would rather not deal with the delivery team alone.
- A pipe bursts at your mother's house in Kidwaipuri and a plumber is on the way. A Bee lets him in and stays with her until the work is done.
- Relatives reach your Boring Road home while the whole family is at the hospital. With your consent, the Bee lets them in and waits with them until you return.
- Your father reaches his bank on Bailey Road without a file he needs. The Bee collects it from your mother at home and takes it to him.
Good to know before you book
- Describe the problem and tell us who is at home right now.
- Keep the gate open and let a neighbour know the Bee is coming.
- If an electrician or plumber is also needed, say so when you book; the Bee does no repair work.
- The Bee stays alone in an empty house only with your clear consent.
- Check the Bee's photo ID at the gate.
- Pay only through Trusbee by UPI once the task is done. The Bee takes no cash, card or OTP and pays for nothing.
Can the Bee fix the leak or the wiring?
No. The Bee does no electrical, plumbing or repair work. Tell us when you book if an electrician or plumber is needed too; the Bee can let them in and stay while they work.
Will the Bee wait in the house if nobody is home?
Only if you agree to it. Tell us the house will be empty, keep a neighbour informed, and the Bee stays just for the task you booked.
The parcel needs an OTP or cash on delivery. Can the Bee handle that?
The Bee never takes OTPs, cash or cards and pays for nothing. Prepay the order where you can, and give the delivery person the OTP yourself on the phone.
Someone at home has suddenly fallen ill. Should I book this?
Call 102 for an ambulance first. Home Assistance is for household tasks; to have a Bee stay beside the person, book Emergency Companion instead.
