Wedding guest hospitality in Patna, so your family can stay with the rituals
On a wedding day in Patna the family is pulled in every direction: guests at the gate, elders looking for a chair, the caterer asking when to serve. Book a police-verified Bee as your family's hospitality hand, so guests are welcomed and seated while you stay with the rituals. Shagun, cash and gifts always stay with the family.

What the Bee does at your wedding
- Reports at the venue or your home, meets the one family member in charge and notes the ceremony timings
- Welcomes guests at the entrance and shows them to their seats
- Guides guests to the food and the washrooms, and keeps the elders comfortable through the long evening
- Keeps an eye on the baraat and varmala timings and reminds the family before each one
- Sorts out small things with the caterer, decorator and tent team on the family's behalf
- Runs quick errands inside the venue: fetching a relative, or carrying a message to the stage or the kitchen
The Bee does not hold shagun envelopes, cash, jewellery or gifts, and makes no payments to vendors. The Bee does not serve alcohol, drive, lift the tent or furniture, or handle fireworks or crowd control.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reports at the venue or the family's home, and stops with the End PIN. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Families who book wedding hospitality
- The bride's family at a marriage hall in Kankarbagh or on Bailey Road, with every cousin busy with the rituals
- A small family with a long guest list and nobody spare to stand at the gate
- A wedding at home in Rajendra Nagar or Patliputra Colony, where guests need guiding from the lane to the shamiana
- A reception after the wedding, with guests arriving over three or four hours
Good to know before the wedding
- Share the venue, the ceremony timings and one family contact
- Tell the Bee which guests need extra care, such as an aunt who cannot manage stairs
- Book enough hours, because weddings run late into the night
- Keep shagun envelopes, cash, jewellery and gifts with the family
- Do not ask the Bee to serve alcohol, drive, lift tent or furniture, or handle fireworks or crowd control
- Check the Bee's photo ID, and pay vendors yourself: the Bee makes no payments
- Trusbee's bill comes after the event, in the app and on WhatsApp, and is paid by UPI
Can the Bee stay until the vidaai?
Yes, if your booking covers those hours. Choose a plan long enough for the whole night; a plan with 3 or more hours between 10 PM and 6 AM is a night plan, and plan prices are shown in the Trusbee app.
Will the Bee collect shagun envelopes at the gate?
No. Shagun, cash, jewellery and gifts always stay with your family, so keep a relative at the gift table. The Bee can show guests the way to it.
How many Bees should we book for a wedding?
Tell us your guest count and the venue when you book. If several elderly guests need a steady arm, add a Senior Guest Care Bee for every 2–3 of them.
When does the billing start?
You give the Bee the Start PIN when the Bee reports at the venue or your home, and the End PIN when the work is over. The bill is the time between the two, by the hour or as a plan.
