What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the venue or your home, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Good to know before the party
- Share the guest count, the timings and who is in charge
- Tell the Bee the order of the programme: cake, games, food
- Keep gifts, envelopes and cash with the family
- Keep children with a parent or relative at all times; the Bee is not a babysitter
- Do not ask the Bee to serve alcohol
- Look at the Bee's photo ID when the Bee arrives
- Settle the caterer and decorator yourself; Trusbee's own bill is paid by UPI after the function
Can the Bee look after the children during the party?
No. The Bee helps the hosts with guests, food and the return-gift table and is not a babysitter, so children stay with their parents throughout.
