Vehicle jobs a Bee can drive for you
- You tell us the job, the vehicle and the address of the service centre, testing centre or office; we confirm whether a Bee can take it on.
- The Bee reaches your car or bike at the agreed pick-up point, checks the keys and papers with you and starts on your Start PIN.
- Servicing: drives the car or rides the bike to the service centre you choose, and brings it back as agreed.
- Pollution check: takes the vehicle to a pollution testing centre and brings it home with the new certificate.
- RTO or insurance work: drives you, or the vehicle, to the office or garage; you sign and submit the papers yourself.
- Shifting: drives your car between the old and the new house on moving day, while you look after the move.
The Bee only drives or rides the vehicle: no signing forms, no submitting documents and no paying the service centre, the testing centre or the RTO. Those fees go from you straight to them.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches your car or bike at the agreed pickup point, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your driver is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book a vehicle errand
- The car's free service is due at a service centre on Bypass, and you cannot take a weekday off
- A bike at home in Rajendra Nagar has stood unused since your son left for college, and its pollution certificate has lapsed
- Moving from Boring Road to Saguna More, with the car to be shifted on the same day as the truck
- Your father has RTO work for his licence and wants to be driven there in his own car
Good to know before you book
- Say exactly what the car or bike is needed for: servicing, a bike drop, a pollution check, RTO, insurance or shifting.
- Keep the RC, insurance, the last PUC and the keys ready at the pick-up point.
- Do not expect the Bee to sign or submit documents for you.
- Fuel, parking and the service, pollution or RTO fees are yours; pay them directly, not through the Bee.
- Your motor insurance should allow another driver, for the bike as well as the car.
- Check the Bee's photo ID and a driving licence that covers the vehicle being driven.
- Pay the Trusbee bill by UPI after the job, and never hand cash, cards or OTPs to the Bee.
Will the Bee wait at the service centre or come back later?
Tell us which you need when you book. Waiting is billed like driving, from Start PIN to End PIN, so for a full-day service a separate drop and collection may suit you better.
Can the Bee pay the service bill for me?
No. The Bee does not take or carry your money. Pay the service centre, testing centre or RTO directly, and the Trusbee bill by UPI after the job.
Can the Bee do my RTO work without me?
No. The Bee can drive you or the vehicle there, but cannot sign, submit papers or act on your behalf.
Is a bike booked the same way as a car?
Yes. The clock starts when the Bee reaches your bike at the agreed pick-up point, and you pay by the hour or for a plan, as with a car.
