Someone to pick up your child from school in Patna, on your instructions
Stuck at work, at a hospital or on a late train when school or tuition ends? A police-verified Bee in uniform collects your child and brings them to the adult you named. The Bee acts only on your instructions, so a few things need arranging with the school and at home first.

How a child pickup works
- When you book, share your child's name, school and class, the pickup gate and time, and the name of the adult who will receive your child.
- The app shows the Bee's name and photo. Pass the name to the school and to the receiving adult, and show the photo to your child.
- The clock starts when the Bee begins the pickup. At the gate the Bee shows a photo ID and collects your child the way the school allows.
- The Bee stays with your child on the route and transport you agreed, and you can follow them on the map.
- The Bee hands your child only to the adult you named, at the place you chose, and the visit ends there.
- If something does not match, such as the school asking for more or the named adult not being there, the Bee calls you before doing anything else.
The Bee acts only on your authorised instructions: your child goes to no one but the adult you named, the Bee gives your child no medicines, and pays for nothing, so any auto or cab fare is yours.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee begins the authorised child pickup, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When parents book a child pickup
- Both parents are with a grandparent at AIIMS Patna and nobody can reach the school at closing time.
- School closes early after heavy rain while you are in office on Bailey Road; the Bee brings your son to his grandmother in Rajendra Nagar.
- Your train into Patna Junction is running late and your daughter's afternoon tuition ends before you can get there; a female Bee collects her.
- Your child has an exam at a centre across town on a day you cannot leave work; the Bee goes along and brings them back to the adult you named.
What to arrange with the school and at home
- Share your child's name, school and class, and the exact pickup gate.
- Tell the school before pickup time that a Trusbee Bee is coming, give them the Bee's name, and do whatever the school asks before it releases your child.
- Name the one adult who will receive your child and tell that person the Bee is coming. The Bee hands your child to nobody else.
- Make sure your child has the school ID card, and tell your child who is coming.
- The school and the receiving adult should check the Bee's photo ID.
- Do not ask the Bee to give your child any medicine.
- Pay only by UPI through Trusbee after the pickup. Cash, cards and OTPs never go to the Bee, and the Bee pays for nothing.
Will the school release my child to a Bee?
That is the school's decision. Tell the school before closing time that a Trusbee Bee is coming, give them the Bee's name from the app, and do whatever the school asks to authorise it.
Who can the Bee hand my child to?
Only the adult you named in the booking, at the place you chose. If that person is not there, the Bee keeps your child close and calls you.
Can I ask for a female Bee?
Yes. Female Bees are available from 9 AM to 6 PM, which covers most school and tuition pickups. Ask for one when you book.
My child is unwell at school. Can the Bee help?
The Bee can collect your child and bring them to the adult you named, but gives no medicines. If it is a medical emergency, call 102 for an ambulance first.
