School and office drop and pick-up in Patna, in your own car
The school bell will not wait, and neither will your office. Book a police-verified driver who takes the children to school, or you to work, in your own car and brings everyone back later in the day. Book it for a single day, for the week your own driver is on leave, or as a recurring weekday run.

How the school or office run works
- When you book, share the departure time, the school or office address and the time to come back.
- The driver is at your car before the morning rush, shows a photo ID and licence, and starts on your Start PIN.
- Drives the children to the school gate, or you to the office, by the route you agreed.
- If the drop and the pick-up are hours apart, you can book them as two short drives instead of paying for the wait.
- Brings everyone home, parks the car and ends the drive on your End PIN.
- On a recurring booking each day has its own Start and End PIN, and the bill comes once a week.
The driver keeps to the route and timings you set; a new stop on the way adds to the time billed, and parking or tolls on the route are yours. The driver never takes cash.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches your car at the agreed pickup point, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your driver is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
Families who book a school or office driver
- Your own driver is on leave for a week and the school run on Bailey Road cannot stop
- A parent with a plaster on one arm who cannot drive the children for a few weeks
- Exam weeks, when the children must reach school in Boring Road on time and you have an early meeting
- An office on Ashok Rajpath, where you would rather take calls from the back seat than hunt for parking
Good to know before you book
- Share the daily pick-up time and the route, and tell the driver before changing either.
- Parking near the school or office gate, and any toll, is paid by you at actual cost.
- Keep the RC, insurance and PUC in the glovebox and the tank filled for the week.
- Check that your motor insurance allows someone other than you to drive.
- Check the driver's photo ID and licence on the first day, and again whenever a different driver comes.
- Payment is by UPI through Trusbee, weekly on a recurring booking; never hand the driver cash, a card or an OTP.
Can I book a driver for just one week of school runs?
Yes. Book each day in the Trusbee app, or set a recurring booking and end it on WhatsApp or in the app when your own driver is back.
Does the driver wait between the morning drop and the afternoon pick-up?
Only if you book it that way, because waiting is billed like driving. When the gap is several hours, you can book the drop and the pick-up as two separate drives.
Is a daily run cheaper?
Yes. On a recurring booking of 3 or more days a week the service price drops by 10%. Each day also carries a travel charge, shown in the app, and the bill is weekly.
Will the same driver come every day?
Ask for the same driver when you book; we try to keep one driver on a regular run. The app shows the driver's name and photo before every arrival.
