What the Bee does on a condolence visit
- Meets your parent at home at the agreed time, in uniform with a photo ID; you can follow the Bee on the map in the Trusbee app.
- Gives a steady arm from the door to the car, auto or cab.
- Travels with them and keeps them company on the way.
- Helps them up the stairs and to a seat at the house they are visiting.
- Is ready when your parent wishes to leave, and keeps them company on the way back.
- Sees them back inside the house, and the visit ends with the End PIN.
The Bee gives company and a steady arm, not medical or nursing care, and makes no payments, so fares and other costs are paid by you. In a medical emergency, call 102 for an ambulance first.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee meets the family member for the visit, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book a condolence visit companion

Good to know before you book
- Tell us who in the family the Bee should speak to, and the address your parent is visiting.
- Share the time to leave home and roughly when your parent would like to be back.
- Ask your parent to check the Bee's photo ID before setting out.
- Fares and any other costs are paid by you; the Bee makes no payments and takes no cash, cards or OTPs.
- The Bee is not a nurse; if there is a medical emergency on the way, call 102 for an ambulance first.
- The bill comes after the visit, in the app and on WhatsApp; pay through Trusbee by UPI or QR.
How will my parent travel with the Bee?
In your own car, or by an auto or cab. You pay the fare; the Bee makes no payments. If your car needs a driver, you can book Driver Assist as well.
What does a condolence visit cost?
₹219 an hour before 18% GST, from the moment the Bee meets your parent until the End PIN, or a fixed-price 3-hour plan shown in the Trusbee app. The Bee's arrival fee is ₹0–99 by distance, with no GST, and a ₹49 return fee applies only if the visit ends at a different place.
Can I book from outside Patna?
Yes. Book in the Trusbee app or on WhatsApp in English, Hindi or Bhojpuri. You see the Bee's name and photo before the Bee reaches your parent.
Can a woman Bee go with my mother?
Yes, for visits between 9 AM and 6 PM. Ask for a female Bee when you book.
