What the Bee does on a test day
- Arrives in uniform at the time you booked, with your fasting rules and test timings noted
- Goes with your parent to the lab or scan centre and queues at registration and the sample counter
- Walks your parent between rooms and floors when the tests are in different places
- Waits outside during the MRI, CT or X-ray and is there when your parent comes out
- Drops a sample at another lab if you said so in advance
- Comes back with your parent once every test on the slip is done, at the end location you chose
The Bee is not medical staff: the lab takes the samples and the doctor explains the results, never the Bee. Lab and scan charges are paid by you; the Bee makes no payments.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee arrives and meets the customer or patient, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Good to know before test day
- Tell the Bee the fasting rules and the time of each test
- Keep the doctor's test slip ready; the Bee works from it
- Say clearly if a sample has to be dropped at another lab, and where
- Results are explained by the doctor; the Bee will not read them out or interpret them
- Lab and scan charges are yours to pay; never ask the Bee to pay them
- Check the Bee's photo ID, keep cash, cards and OTPs to yourself, and pay Trusbee by UPI after the service
Will the Bee bring the reports home too?
This visit ends once every test on the slip is done. Reports that come out later can be picked up with a separate Medical Report Collection booking.
How is a test day billed?
From the Start PIN when the Bee meets your parent to the End PIN after the last test, at ₹219 an hour before 18% GST. Gaps between tests count as part of the visit, so a 3- or 6-hour plan can be simpler; plan prices are in the Trusbee app.
Can the Bee go into the MRI or CT room with my father?
Each scan centre decides who may go in with the patient. The Bee follows those rules and waits outside where asked, so someone is there for your father when he comes out.
Do you go to private labs and scan centres too?
Yes. The Bee goes with your parent to hospital labs and private diagnostic centres anywhere in Patna, wherever the doctor's slip sends you.
