Medical report collection in Patna, without another trip to the hospital
The test is done, but the report is ready only tomorrow, at a counter across town. Share the patient's name, the hospital and the receipt or token number, and a police-verified Bee goes to the counter, collects the report, prescription or discharge summary, and brings it to the place you name. The Bee does not open or read it.

How a report pickup works
- You share the patient's name, the hospital or lab, and the receipt or token number
- The clock starts when the Bee sets off for the counter, not when the Bee reaches it
- At the counter, the Bee asks for the report with the details you gave
- Collects what you asked for: lab reports, scan reports, a prescription or a discharge summary
- Brings everything to the place you named, such as your home or the doctor's clinic, without opening it
- Hands it over and takes the End PIN; the bill reaches you in the app and on WhatsApp
The Bee does not pay report charges, and does not open, read or explain the report. If anything is still due at the counter, clear it yourself before the pickup.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee begins travelling to collect the reports, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families book a report pickup
- A scan report ready at IGIMS two days after the test, while your father rests at home in Kankarbagh
- A discharge summary that was not ready on the day your mother left the hospital
- Reports that have to reach the doctor's clinic on Bailey Road before the next appointment
- A son outside Bihar who has the lab receipt on his phone but no one in Patna to go to the counter
Before you book a pickup
- Have the patient's full name, the hospital and the receipt or token number ready
- Tell the Bee exactly where the report has to be delivered
- Do not expect the Bee to open the report or read it out to you
- Report charges, if any, are paid by you; the Bee will not pay them
- Check the Bee's photo ID when the report is handed over
- Hand the Bee no cash, cards or OTPs; Trusbee is paid by UPI after the service
Does the patient have to come along?
No. The Bee collects on the patient's behalf using the name, the hospital and the receipt or token number you share. Each hospital's own rules for handing over reports still apply.
How is a report pickup billed?
At ₹219 an hour before 18% GST, counted from when the Bee sets off to collect the report until it is delivered and the End PIN is given.
Can the Bee take the report straight to our doctor?
Yes, if the doctor's clinic is the delivery place you choose. The Bee hands it over there; what the report means is for the doctor to tell you.
