What the Bee does in an emergency
- You tell us what has happened and the exact address or a landmark, in the Trusbee app or on WhatsApp in English, Hindi or Bhojpuri, at any hour.
- The app shows the Bee's name and photo, and you can follow the Bee on the map all the way.
- On arrival the Bee shows a photo ID, stays beside your parent, keeps them calm and keeps you posted by phone.
- If an ambulance, the police or a relative is on the way, the Bee waits at the gate to show them in.
- If your parent is taken to hospital, the Bee can go along with their ID and hospital papers and stay there with them.
- The visit ends only when things are under control or the person you trust has arrived and taken over.
The Bee is a calm extra pair of hands, not a doctor, nurse or rescuer: no treatment, no medicines, no lifting anyone, and no payments for towing, repairs, fines or bills.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the customer, and stops with the End PIN. A plan is a night plan when 3 or more of its hours fall between 10 PM and 6 AM. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.
When families call for an emergency companion
- Your mother, alone in Rajendra Nagar, rings late at night after a fall. You call 102 for an ambulance and then book a Bee to stay beside her until it comes and a relative gets there.
- Your father's car breaks down on the Bypass in the evening. A Bee comes to wait with him until the mechanic or a family member reaches; towing and repairs are paid by you.
- An elderly aunt gets off a late train at Patna Junction and the relative meant to meet her is stuck. A Bee stays with her until someone from the family arrives.
- Neighbours have taken your father to the emergency ward at PMCH and you are hours away. A Bee goes there to sit with him until a family member arrives.

How soon will the Bee reach?
We do not promise a time: it depends on the hour, the distance and which Bee is free. Once a Bee is on the way, the app shows their name and photo and you can follow them on the map.
Can the Bee lift my mother after a fall?
No. The Bee does not lift, treat or rescue anyone. The Bee stays beside her, keeps her calm and shows the ambulance crew in when they reach.
When does the visit end, and how do we pay?
The clock starts when the Bee reaches your parent and stops once things are under control or your trusted person takes over. You pay ₹269 an hour before GST, or a fixed plan, by UPI after the visit.
