Medicines and essentials brought to your door in Patna, day or night
The medicine has run out and the chemist nearby is shut, or nobody at home can step out? Send the prescription photo and your list, pay the shop by UPI, and a police-verified Bee collects exactly what is written and brings it to the address you give. The Bee never picks a substitute or pays for anything.

How an urgent delivery works
- Send a clear photo of the prescription, your list of essentials and the full delivery address in the Trusbee app or on WhatsApp.
- Name a chemist or shop if you have one, and pay the shop directly by UPI, in advance where you can.
- The clock starts when the Bee sets off to collect your items, and you can follow the Bee on the map.
- At the counter the Bee asks for exactly what is on the prescription and your list. If something is out of stock, the Bee calls you instead of choosing another medicine.
- The Bee checks the bag against your list and brings it to the address you gave, with the shop's bill.
- The visit ends once every item is delivered, and the Trusbee bill reaches you in the app and on WhatsApp, to pay by UPI.
The Bee does not choose, swap or give any medicine, and does not pay for the items: the shop is paid by you. Medicines are collected only as written on your prescription.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee begins travelling to collect the requested items, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST.
When families book an urgent delivery
- Your father's regular prescribed tablets run out late at night in Boring Road, and nobody at home can go out.
- Your mother is home from Paras HMRI and one medicine on her discharge list was not at the hospital pharmacy.
- New parents in Kankarbagh run out of nappies and baby food at night and cannot leave the baby.
- Your mother in Patliputra Colony is down with fever and needs the doctor's prescribed medicines, plus milk, bread and fruit, while you are in another city.
Good to know before you book
- Send a clear, readable photo of the prescription and the exact address.
- Pay the shop by UPI yourself, in advance where possible; the Bee never pays for the items.
- Keep your phone reachable so the Bee can check with you at the counter.
- Do not ask the Bee to choose or substitute a medicine.
- Check the Bee's photo ID when the delivery arrives.
- Pay Trusbee only by UPI after the delivery. No cash, cards or OTPs go to the Bee.
Who pays for the medicines?
You do, straight to the chemist by UPI, in advance where possible. The Bee never pays for the items and never takes cash, cards or OTPs from you.
What if the shop does not have the exact medicine?
The Bee calls you and does not pick a substitute. Check with your doctor, then tell the Bee what to collect or which other shop to try.
Someone at home is seriously unwell. Is this the right service?
Call 102 for an ambulance first. This service only brings medicines and essentials; the Bee gives no medicine and no medical help.
When does billing start?
The clock starts when the Bee sets off to collect your items and stops when the last one is delivered. It is ₹269 an hour before GST, plus a Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99 by distance (no GST on it), paid by UPI afterwards.
