What the Bee does at mealtime

The Bee does not cook big meals for guests and does not feed anyone who cannot swallow safely; please ask their doctor about that. No medicines are given.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the senior, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Good to know before mealtime
- Keep the ingredients ready and tell the Bee every diet restriction
- Say clearly if food must be soft, warm or sugar-free
- Cooking a large meal for guests or a family gathering is not part of this visit
- If your parent cannot swallow safely, do not ask the Bee to feed them
- Check the Bee's photo ID on arrival, and never give cash, cards or an OTP
- The Bee pays for nothing; your bill comes after the visit and is settled by UPI through Trusbee
Will the Bee cook for my parents?
Only something simple, made from the food and ingredients you keep and served the way the diet needs. Elaborate cooking, or cooking for guests, is not part of the visit.
Can the Bee come every day at lunchtime?
Yes. With visits on 3 days a week or more, the service price drops by 10%; each visit adds a ₹40 travel charge, and the bill comes weekly.
My father has trouble swallowing. Can a Bee help him eat?
Not with feeding. If he cannot swallow safely, please speak to his doctor; a Bee does no nursing or medical care.
