What the Bee helps with on the phone
- Starts from the list you sent: a video call, photos, WhatsApp, UPI safety or another everyday task
- Sets up video calls with the family and practises them with your parent
- Shows how to open, send and keep photos and voice notes on WhatsApp
- Walks through a digital payment on your parent's phone while your parent types every PIN themselves

The Bee never makes payments from your parent's account and never needs their OTP, UPI PIN or passwords. Repairing a broken phone is a separate booking.
What it costs
Prices before GST; 18% GST is added on the bill. The clock starts with the Start PIN, when the Bee reaches the senior, and stops with the End PIN. A Bee arrival fee of ₹0–99, by distance, is confirmed when your Bee is assigned and has no GST. Every plan price is shown in the Trusbee app before you confirm.

Before the Bee arrives
- Keep the phone charged, and keep the passwords with you
- Say exactly what you want set up: video calls, photos or UPI safety
- Never share a bank OTP or UPI PIN with anyone, the Bee included
- Do not ask the Bee to make payments from your account
- Check the Bee's photo ID first; cash and cards stay with you, and the visit is paid by UPI through Trusbee afterwards
- Help is billed at ₹199 an hour before GST, counted from the Start PIN to the End PIN
Will the Bee need my father's UPI PIN?
Never. Your father types every PIN and OTP himself. If anyone asks him for one, even someone claiming to be from Trusbee, he should not share it.
Can the Bee set up a phone I sent from another city?
Yes. Tell us what you want on it, such as video calls, WhatsApp and photos, and keep the passwords with your parent; the Bee works on the phone in front of them.
Can the Bee repair a broken phone?
